Mr. Hall is a founding director of the EAR Group. A major contributor to both the vision and direction of EAR, Mr. Hall has provided the integral strength for EAR which in return has led to the enormous growth of EAR over the past two years.
Under the leadership of Hall, EAR has seen exponential growth in product-results, and overwhelmingly positive responses from EAR’s corporate initiatives.
An ardent supporter of Education, Hall has used his experience in HBCU’s to promote the importance of education throughout the country. Hall is also a leader in product and brand development, working on some of the most important branding of the 21st century.
Dante' Fillyau
Chief Creative Officer
Mr. Fillyau is a founding director of the EAR Group. Fillyau has been a major contributor to The EAR Group’s creative components for the past two years. His creative talents have helped keep EAR not only ahead of the crowd in visual artistry, but his creativity has spawned innovative and reliable business strategies to help EAR stay far ahead.
A creative genius, Fillyau has received numerous awards for his designs and showcases. His creations and products have been viewed over the world and back, with rave reviews for his detail and attention to perfecting each clients portfolio.

Vice President of Marketing and Social Media
Mr. Anderson develops marketing campaigns, strategic campaigns, and growth campaigns for EAR and its divisions. Anderson also maintains the corporate image of the Ear Card and acts as Creative Director of the Card and development services.
Gerik Grant
Vice President of Information Technology
Mr. Grant is responsible for all technology aspects of the EAR group. Grant is EAR’s primary researcher and maintains a high aptitude of technological innovations and competitive creations.
